 | This lecture will describe new methods that permit volumetric immuno- fluorescence imaging of cells and tissues with unprecedented resolution, quantitative fidelity, and molecular channel multiplexing capacity. These methods are well suited for retrospective analysis of tissues examined live by fluorescent protein expression and also for correlative electron microscopy.
Applications to analysis of neural circuit architectures and to oncology will be described. |
