Bridging Research Microscopy and Screening
AxioVision ASSAYbuilder is a work-flow designed tool which makes sophisticated object-based image analysis possible for a wide range of high-content screening assays.
Applied to either motorized screening microscopes or manual optical systems with digital imaging packages, ASSAYbuilder imparts the capability to run measurement protocols on a large number of individual experiments. The images are acquired using the basic AxioVision functions (Multichannel, MosaiX, Mark and Find, Deconvolution) or can be imported from confocal microscopes. Following acquisition, the images are directly analyzed in one of five different ASSAYbuilder Analyst Modules.
