Target Group:
Confocal microscope users who are new or have limited experience with our LSM 510 and Pascal confocal systems. This course is also useful for customers who would like a refresher in the basics. The course will allow you to develop a basic, working knowledge of both the hardware and software. Please note that this course will focus on our AIM software; however, if you are running a ZEN system, we will make adjustments to the course plan to include this software in the training.

Goals for the Course:
Participants will learn the basic knowledge needed to use the LSM 510 and Pascal systems. Course provides basic knowledge ranging from confocal imaging principles to 3D image acquisition, time-lapse imaging, and spectral imaging.

- Balancing speed and image quality |

- Pinhole alignment, cleaning your system |
