The O-INSPECT CMM uses a proven design principle—it is a bridge-type measuring CMM with a rigid bridge and a moveable table for high accuracy and optimum accessibility. It has a premium basic configuration, because its standard configuration is multi-sensor technology. VAST contact scanning and optical measuring are in one machine.
Get reliable drive technology with our precision roller bearings in all axes, highly dynamic drives and automatic drive monitoring, and compensation of guideway errors (CAA corrected). O-INSPECT is ideally equipped for inline measuring with completely covered guideways and integrated damping. It is built with already field-tested components: ZEISS VAST XXT scanning sensor for contact measuring, ZEISS zoom lens for optical measuring, and in-house machine components developed for precision.
