With regular calibrations and maintenance provided through our support options, you can be sure that your system is always ready for action and meets required tolerances. It enables you to increase the life of the machine. Place your trust in our trained service personnel who are also equipped with the right acceptance equipment and tools. We offer a range of services for USA and Canada, all available as standard or A2LA accredited ISO 17025.
Basic Calibration Service: We verify current CMM accuracy, adjust to optimize, then clean surface plate, shrouds and exposed surfaces.
- XY, YZ, and XZ perpendicularity plus CAA correction.
- X bridge parallelism.
- 100-500 mm gage blocks in X table plane, X upper plane, Y rear left, Y front right, and Z axis. Linear CAA correction.
- 4 position spatial runs.
- Present machine accuracy: meets/not meets original factory specifications. Additional stipulations also provided.
Advanced Calibration Service: Includes Basic Calibration features plus a visual inspection of components, a complete cleaning, electrical adjustments, secure cabling, and accuracy verification with optimization.
- This includes electronic adjustments, readerheads, drives, and probeheads.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service:Includes Basic and Advanced Calibration features plus mechanical adjustments. It includes our lifetime limited air-bearing and drive warranty, access to our service hotline, priority scheduling for service, and our remote TeleService diagnostics tool.
- Remove covers. Clean machine.
- Inspect mechanics. Replace as needed with approval.
- Check and adjust mechanics (drive alignment, etc.).
