Identify – inspect – measure
TVM (Telecentric VISIONMES Module) is a complete measuring module for precise, high speed an non-contact identifying inspection and measurement of geometric parameters as well as for for verifying structures and shapes based on telecentric lenses and CCD sensor technology.
Characteristics
The TVM is a compact module providing high mechanical stability. It comprimises an illumination unit, a stand and a lens. Its sturdy design guarantees reproducible results even in a rough shopfloor environment. Several precision-machine seating surfaces permit the system to be configurated at will. This greatly facilitates the integration of the TVM in existing processes.
The TVM is designed for standard versions of the VISIONMES lens types 35 or 70 . The use of other types of lenses is only possible with special mechanical adaption or on request.
