Use image processing functions like Gray Morphology, Image Arithmetics, Fourier- and Color Transformation. Cell agglomerations can be separated to discrete objects. The result is a ideal prerequisite for other image modules like Automatic Measurement. Of course Imaging Plus provides essential functions for brightness and contrast adjustments of your images too. Remove even image artifacts by eleminating specific parts of the images frequency spectrum.

| Gray morphology allows to separate joined structures such as individual cells in a cell agglomeration. |

Liver section with HE stained nuclei:
Blue nuclei detected by color discrimination and marked green. Thus, blue nuclei can clearly be separated from the background. |

| Disturbances in the image such as sinusoidal artifacts (left) can be effectively eliminated through the use of Fourier Transformation (right). |
