Carl Zeiss has upgraded its renowned optical concept and consistently implemented it in the Axio Examiner.D1 and
Axio Examiner.Z1 stand versions. This even better matches the optical performance potential to the special conditions in fixed-stage microscopy.
The objectives are now parfocalized at 75 mm, which permits you to get uniformly good results over a greater focal range – with excellent image quality, greater flexibility along Z, and improved accessibility in the sample space. With an optical adapter you can still use all of the regular objectives parfocalized at 45 mm, though.
