Integrated software highlights
The very basic version of the AxioVision software offers a lot of functions. It can be upgraded in a modular fashion at any time later to suit added requirements of diverse applications in electrophysiology.
Physiology module
For simple analysis of changing fluorescence intensities in cells. The module adds quantitative measuring functions to your time-lapse image records. Intensity changes can be measured on-line or off-line, either directly or by ratiometry.
Dual camera module
Exactly synchronous operation of two cameras of identical construction by a proprietary synchronizing technology. This results in image acquisition at twice the rate and with guaranteed synchronism. In this way you can record time-lapse series even of very fast processes without image offset, either in two channels or as a Z stack.

Versatile camera interfaces
With the Axio Examiner.Z1 stand version, sideport coupling to the infinity space provides an extra camera option in addition to the standard photo tubes.
With a special dual camera adapter you can implement the powerful dual camera system as an attachment to the phototube.
The zoom tube furnishes two camera ports with identical image positions. This is ideal for combining images obtained with 2 different fluorescence channels, for quantitative analyses.
