The motorized collimators, the scanners, the precisely positionable pinhole and the highly sensitive detectors are arranged to provide optimum specimen illumination and efficient collection of the emitted light.
For the first time, electronic and optical noise is consistently avoided so that it no longer limits the useful sensitivity. The TwinGate beamsplitter and the spectral QUASAR detector improve the signal-to-noise ratio by factors up to 100. No filters or other wavelength limiters are required in front of the detectors.
You can simultaneously use up to ten markers, with excellent image quality and least possible time expenditure.
