The Software module Photon counting Histogram (PCH)
PCH allows the determination of brightness and concentration of molecules. It is well suited to study oligomerization and aggregation of fluorescently labeled molecules.
The algorithm for PCH was developed by and integrated in cooperation with the Zare laboratory at Stanford by Huang, Perroud and Zare. http://www.stanford.edu/group/Zarelab/
