Collagen in human skin
A single optical section from a thick section of human skin stained with Cy2 (green) anti-basal lamina protein, Cy3 (red) neuronal processes. Sample was imaged with the Blue Laser Diode (405nm). You can see Autofluorescence (blue) from collagen and elastin normally imaged with UV light
