This release is very special as it is the 30th official release of LaserSharp2000 and has a number of exciting new features for the Radiance and CellMap systems including:
  • The maximum number of sequential settings has been increased from 3 to 7. It is at last possible to collect 3 or 4 channels of fluorescence data in combination with the transmission image.
  • To support images with over 3 channels the PIC file has been changed so every channel is saved as a separate PIC. In addition the crop operator has been updated to help image processing on larger datasets.
  • Support has been added for both the AxioSkop and Axiovert200M motorised microscopes to enable direct control of important functions directly from within LaserSharp2000.
  • Additional support has been included for the Gallium Arsenide Phosphide (GaAsP) high sensitivity detector upgrade.
  • The laser blanking between sections has been improved to help reduce photo-toxicity and photo-bleaching during long time lapse experiments.
  • Spectral series collected on a Radiance Rainbow can be used to plot a calibrated spectral response using a new calibration function.
