The Stage-Top Incubation Heating and Cooling is the ideal system for demanding observations over long periods in wide ranges of temperature.
Carry out time-lapse experiments in which temperatures below ambient temperature are required.
Automate quick changes in the temperature level, such as those necessary for characterizing protein folding mutants. Extremely rapid changes in temperature level are possible in combination with perfusion.
Options include pH and O2 control.
