Assistance for Error Message: Download
„No dongle for AxioVision 4.x (xy licence number)“

Description:
When starting AxioVision Rel. 4.x or any other Zeiss Imaging Software on a new PC-System the error message „No dongle for AxioVision 4.x (xy licence number)“ can occur.
First please check that the dongle is plugged in correctly and that it is not damaged and if the licence number is valid.
If this is all correct it is very likely that there is an incompatibility between MS Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 and specific processors.

Workaround:
Click on the filenames for download and specify a folder on your computer, where the files will be copied. Once the downloads are finished, execute HASPUserSetup.exe and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Then execute hldrv32.exe and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. This will update the dongle drivers on your computer.
Finally reboot your system, the problem should be solved now.
