Analyze large surfaces - MosaiX in combination with a motorized microscope stage allows you to scan your specimen automatically. As a result, you get a virtual overall image generated from indivdual tiles. Use it to navigate around your sample and zoom in areas of interest. Each tile will be arranged accordingly and thus provides the perfect basis for further analyses. With this appliance measurement tasks for example can be performed freely on the MosaiX image - without restricting boundaries.
