The ConfoCor 3 module is equipped with APDs.
It is direct attachment to a channel port of the LSM 710, renders it the ideal tool to follow up the fate of single molecules in a cell.
Use the LSM 710 to mark the points to be measured in the confocal stack by a mouse click. All points will be automatically measured in succession. As an added advantage, multiple measurements can be triggered at one spot, which can be averaged to increase the statistical significance of your results. | |
