The ZEISS Victory Varipoint models
All Varipoint models are equipped with an unique red dot for use in bright daylight as well as in twilight or during night. This makes them the most versatile models for almost every hunting situation.

Victory Varipoint 1,1 - 4 x 24 T*
Victory Varipoint 1,5 - 6 x 42 T*
Victory Varipoint 2,5 - 10 x 42 T*
Victory Varipoint 2,5 - 10 x 50 T*
Victory Varipoint 3 - 12 x 56 T*

NEW Improvements July 2006
  • The illumination is now controlled by a combined flat switch and rotary knob, left side of the center tube.
  • Outer objective and eyepiece lenses with LotuTec coating. Water repelling pearl-off effect and for simplified cleaning.
  • Automatic adjustment of the brightness of the red dot due to the surrounding light. Manual control still possible.

Reticle 0

Reticle 56
Besides reticle 0 (only red dot) the reticles 54 and 56 are available with additional bars. The dot is located in the second image plane, the bars are in the first image plane which offers the following advantages:

The size of the dot remains constant for the total range of magnification. It is clearly visible under all conditions with well balanced subtension.
The dot diameter at 100 m can be calculated for all models by "22 cm divided by magnification". Example: 3x magnification means approx. 7.3 cm at 100 m. Switched off or without batteries a permanent black dot is visible.

The bars in the first image plane are magnified together with the image. They become thicker and better visible with higher magnifications. The horizontal line is visible and they also offer the posibility to estimate the distance. Independently from the selected magnification the opening between the horizontal bars is equivalent to 140 cm at 100 m (4.2 ft at 100 yds), the thickness 5 cm at 100 m.
