At the Carl Zeiss environmental lab, we conduct tests of environmental situations in accordance with all common inspection standards including simulated transportation, vibration, shock, climate and combination. We determine any changes in the behavior of the test piece within a short time under laboratory conditions with increased climactic and mechanical stress.
Furthermore…
- we provide consultation for new developments concerning areas of application, operational reliability, life expectancy and interpretation of specification sheet data in order to minimize risks in development at an early stage
- we plan and manage development tests and qualifications on components, modules and devices
- we simulate the stress during transport and optimize packaging.
Our work is based on internationally applicable standards and the requirements of manufacturers and users. With this foundation, we use the test equipment in our lab to simulate and test how environmental influences affect products. | |
