Goal-oriented action and reaction are based on two requirements: the commander and gunner in a vehicle must constantly have a complete overview. And they must be able to rapidly capture the details of the scene.
This can be achieved easily and with high accuracy using the stabilized panorama viewing and targeting system: the commander and gunner use the same information provided by the ATTICA 3rd generation thermal imager, the high-resolution daylight camera with zoom function and the eyesafe, long-range laser rangefinder.
The platform has been designed for integration into tanks, all types of vehicles and even air defence systems. Depending on the intended use, more sensors can be integrated, the elevation angle can be extended to 80 degrees and the armouring of the housing can be reinforced. | |
