Furthermore the Everhart-Thornley SE detector and the enhanced VPSE detector are inclined pointing to the same plane as the sharp conical objective lens. This ensures full freedom of movement for large sample with high tilt capabilities. The large field of view of 6 mm at the AWD assists easy navigation of the specimen. |
