Stereo Microscope SteREO Discovery.V20 for Materials Microscopy from Carl Zeiss

The motorized zoom system ensures reproducibility of settings and measurements. Manage all essential microscope functions by means of the ergonomic system control panel (SyCoP). The panel combines buttons, joystick and touch screen in a compact design not much bigger than a computer mouse, allowing intelligent control of all microscope functions with real time display of main microscope parameters.

The stable stand has been designed on the basis of state-of-the-art finite element method simulations, resulting in excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. The modular design of SteREO Discovery.V20 and its intelligent interfaces enable the use of numerous options from the comprehensive stereo microscope accessory portfolio from Carl Zeiss.

Three series of objectives are available to suit any application and budget – ranging from economical (Achromat S) and powerful (Plan-Achromat) to high-end (Plan Apochromat). PlanApo S objectives offer an extremely high level of correction for flatness of field and true-to-detail resolution without color fringes, delivering the best apochromatic image quality possible.
