The Carl Zeiss System Particle Analyzer is based on a high performance motorized microscope stand, ensuring correct, reliable and reproducible settings at all times. In combination with an AxioCam digital microscope camera the system delivers images with maximum resolution and strong contrast. Even the smallest particles become clearly visible. Particles are analyzed in their entirety, even if they happen to be located partly outside the image boundary.

 

The system conforms to all major norms and standards, including ISO 4406, ISO 16232 and VDA Band 19. Simply activate the integrated standards and regulations by selecting from the list. The corresponding classes and class boundaries are set automatically and the appropriate measurement parameters are selected. On the other hand, the system software can also be edited and new standards can be added to the current software version.

 

The system is straightforward to configure and to operate. The efficiency of routine tasks is increased and the quality of your analyses markedly enhanced!
