We produce optics between 157 and 243 nm in series.

Our performance spectrum includes the production of optics geared towards use with UV light for all wavelengths up to 193 nm. We master the entire process chain from design right through production, including lens coating and alignment. If our customers' tasks are particularly demanding, we combine classical lenses and micro-structured elements known as diffractive structures, thus allowing high-resolution images, such as OPC (Optical Proximity Corrections) mask structures, to be captured.

 

We have developed creative solutions to cater to the special requirements of the assembly of these lenses. For example, due to their large diameters, the front lens elements are particularly sensitive to induced mechanical stresses. The use of hybrid lenses, with which the standard overall length of 45 mm for microscopes can be achieved, presents a particular challenge.
