ZEISS Spine Days

Clinical benefits of surgical visualization options for MISS

16 – 17 November 2022

Get inspired by renowned experts in spine surgery

Deciding on the intraoperative visualization technology is one of the key success factors for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (MISS). Therefore, we have invited international experts in the field of spine surgery to discuss the benefits and limitations of different visualization options, such as microscopes, endoscopes, and exoscopes during this year’s ZEISS Spine Days.

The first day starts with a concise keynote presentation on exoscopic visualization in spinal surgery by Maria Luisa Gandia-Gonzalez, MD. The second day is kicked off by Andreas Korge, MD, with a keynote presentation on different visualization techniques in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.

Both presentations are followed by expert panel discussions, where topics like the selection of visualization options, their impact on surgical workflows as well as the future potential of visualization in spine surgery will be addressed.
