Internet connectivity – Bandwidth	To ensure reasonable application speed, an internet connection with a download bandwidth of at least 25 MBit/sec is required.
Authentication and authorization	For the authentication and authorization of the customer a ZEISS ID user account has to be set up.
Browsers	The following browsers have been approved for use:

	ZEISS FORUM Cloud Viewer is continuously tested with latest browser versions. Please refer to the table above to check if you are using a browser version tested with ZEISS FORUM Cloud Viewer.
Resolution	1280 x 720 pixels minimum Recommended: 1680 x 1050 pixels or higher

Hardware - Memory (RAM)	Regarding free memory on the customer’s server/computer, the same minimum requirements apply as for the ZEISS FORUM software.
Hardware - HDD	Regarding free disk space on the customer’s server/computer, the same minimum requirements apply as for the ZEISS FORUM software.
Hardware - Operating system	The following operating systems are supported:
	Windows 8.1 (64 Bit) Pro or Enterprise edition
	Windows 10 (64 Bit) Pro, Enterprise or Education edition
	Windows Server 2016
	Windows Server 2019
FORUM software	The ZEISS FORUM Cloud Migration Tool is compatible with ZEISS FORUM version 4.2.4 or higher.
Authentication and authorization	For the authentication and authorization of the customer a ZEISS ID device account has to be set up.
Internet connectivity - Bandwidth	To ensure reasonable data upload speeds, an internet connection with an upload bandwidth of at least 5 MBit/sec is required. The required upload bandwidth depends on the amount of data that is to be transmitted, which changes over time.
