How to install the app on your Windows or iOS device

ZEISS FOCUS app is designed for the worldwide sales and marketing teams as well as for related distribution partners of the Medical Technology and Metrology branches of ZEISS. This sales enablement tool allows users to quickly access all latest sales and marketing collaterals, such as videos, interactive product demos, presentations, brochures, and whitepapers. The app is for authorized users only who have signed up for a ZEISS ID account.

Steps for installation

  1. Make sure to install the Windows app version while being outside of the ZEISS network.
  2. Click the download link above.
  3. When the download is completed, open the app installer package from your download folder to install the app on your computer.
  4. Follow the steps in the app menu and in the browser window to start the app.
  5. If you have any issues starting ZEISS FOCUS app, please restart your PC and try again. If you don‘t succeed, contact our user support.

Additional notes

  • If you have already installed an older ZEISS FOCUS app version, you don‘t need to deinstall it. Just update it with version 1.4.
  • External ZEISS sales partners can access this app via the public Microsoft Store.

ZEISS FOCUS app for iOS devices (iPad and iPhone)

For ZEISS employees with company iPads or iPhones, the app is distributed via the company's internal app store (MDM).

Download on MDM

Employees who rent iPads without MDM access (e.g. during trade fairs) and external partners who have their own iOS devices can access the App Store version.
