Live-case treatment video of a 49-year-old female patient with breast cancer who got treated with intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) during breast-conserving surgery. Within 18 min. radiation time, a radiation dose of 20 Gy was applied by using a spherical applicator. Overall, this live-case reveals the procedure and the applicability of IORT during a breast-conserving surgery.
