This support package covers the basic system services only. Comprising preventive maintenance, service hotline support as well as safety and performance updates, OPTIME prevent helps increase system lifetime and reliability. Moreover, it ensures that your system is working in accordance with specifications. Spare parts and repair costs are not included in this offering.

OPTIME prevent covers basic service features and mainly consists of preventive maintenance. In the event of a malfunction, the customer assumes all of the risks. Deliverables include:

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines (often once a year), by prior arrangement or based on the maintenance schedule. It also includes an inspection of parts for wear and tear during system inspection and calibration.
