Our Biomedical Program was created for biomedical engineers by biomedical engineers, and is intended to equip you with the knowledge needed to support your facility. Once you have received training certification for your product, we have two levels of service offerings for you to choose from.
With the Biomedical Essential Partnership, you receive all of the benefits of our regular Essential Service Agreement holders, but at a discount. This includes our high-priority on-site response time, which insures maximum uptime and availability for patients.
The Biomedical Basic Partnership provides hospitals with greater autonomy when it comes to servicing their ZEISS equipment. At the same time, it provides on site support when you need it. With this agreement, the ZEISS-certified biomechanical engineer performs all work on the equipment.
