    Lumera i red reflex

    Visualization

With Stereo Coaxial Illumination (SCI), OPMI Lumera® i  incorporates a revolutionary illumination technology for the red reflex. Contours are better visible and you can see details of the ocular anatomy that you have never seen before. With this illumination technology, very little light is required to generate the red reflex. This means less stress for the patient’s eye.

    OPMI Lumera i Centrally controlled

    Centrally controlled

OPMI Lumera adjusts to your needs, not the other way around. The surgical microscope’s touch screen controls both, the microscope head and the video camera. The display is intuitively operated and can be easily accessed.

OPMI Lumera i reedom of movement

    Small and easy to move

For freedom of movement – even when OR space is scarce. Combined with the compact suspension system, OPMI Lumera i  is also good for smaller operating rooms such as those in ambulatory surgery centers.

OPMI Lumera i Foot control panel

    Foot control

It’s time to give you and your team more free space in the OR. Experience the new dimension of freedom with no annoying cables and free positioning in your OR. The ergonomically designed foot control panel (FCP and FCP WL) allows you to control your surgical microscope – intuitively and reliably. You can configure the buttons according to your personal requirements. Additionally to our wireless version, we also offer a wired foot control panel.

  • Video Solutions

    Integrated Video Solutions

The integrated video solutions for surgical microscopes are the most convenient way to generate images for information, documentation, teaching and presentation purposes. Due to the built-in camera systems with factory aligned optics the video solution works well out of the box. Enjoy the beauty and ergonomic advantages of the surgical microscope without any impairment by cables or bulky video adapters. The integrated control allows management of the video solution together with the surgical microscope, which means that it is streamlined with the surgical workflow.

    SD Video Solution

    Integrated Video Camera

    • Always optimized video image for ophthalmic surgery since the settings are changed with the surgical microscope. For example, automatic change between anterior and posterior segment surgery.
    • Centrally controlled via touch screen control due the integrated camera CCU.
    • Operate the external video recorder MEDIALINK™ 100 by the foot control panel of the surgical microscope. As it can be connected to the remote (AUX) interface.
    • The images of the camera can be transmitted to secondary monitors or other video systems in the OR using standard interfaces.

    External Video Components

To support all requirements or wishes for customized video solutions, external components can be mounted to the surgical microscope system. The external attachment via standard optical and mechanical interfaces increases the flexibility and retrofitability of the surgical microscopes.
