Extend the spectrum of application

Four different wavelenghts for frequently varying laser applications
The VISULAS® Trion Combi from ZEISS combines the multi-wavelength laser VISULAS Trion for posterior photocoagulation with the VISULAS YAG III for anterior photodisruption. This multi-purpose laser provides four different wavelengths for the three most common therapeutic laser applications in a single compact workplace. The ZEISS VISULAS Trion Combi is well suited for performing iridotomies with pre-coagulation as a single touch can switch the interface from photocoagulation to photodisruption mode.
Legendary ZEISS optics
For decades ZEISS has developed high-quality therapeutic lasers featuring exceptional precision and legendary optics. Perfectly integrated laser slit lamps guarantee superior image quality in order to deliver reproducible clinical results.

Space saving and flexible
Both lasers also perform effectively as individual units. The VISULAS Trion can be used in the operating room while the VISULAS YAG III can continue to be used with the combi slit lamp.

Only as much energy as necessary
Utilizing a Super-Gaussian beam profile, the VISULAS Trion Combi is able to focus the optimum amount of laser energy directly to the target. This results in high-precision treatment for the patient using a minimum amount of laser energy.

Variable focus
The focal point of the aiming beam is set precisely and reproducibly before, behind or directly at the focal point of the disruption laser.

Gentle laser treatment
The ParFocus™ zoom system of the VISULAS Trion delivers a homogeneous, sharply defined and reproducible laser spot on the retina and minimizes heat-related side-effects on the patient's cornea.

Enhanced workflow
All controls for both lasers are available on one central control panel with a detachable display. The coagulation laser is operated quickly and accurately using the integrated electronic micromanipulator. The trigger for the YAG laser is incorporated in the slit lamp joystick.
