Recently, there has been an increasing volume of researchers harnessing the non-destructive power of X-rays to perform ‘time-lapse’ or ‘4D’ imaging experiments. The term ‘4D’ has come to refer to the repeated 3D imaging of the same sample to observe some change of its structure, which can occur in either in situ or ex situ arrangements, and at both synchrotron beamlines as well as in the lab.
The reference list below provides a snapshot of recent publications from academic journals and extended conference proceedings utilizing ZEISS Xradia X-ray microscopes.
