Cells, widefield image (left) and Lattice SIM image (right)

Lattice SIM

Fast and gentle live cell imaging

Lattice SIM overcomes limitations of classic SIM by using an innovative spot illumination pattern instead of grid lines. The result is a breakthrough in light efficiency, enabling fast and gentle superresolution imaging of living specimen.

Microtubules - PALM (63x Oil)

Single Molecule Localization Microscopy

Faster, more flexibility, without compromising on resolution

With the efficient dual camera detection and high power laser lines across the visible spectrum, you're free to choose your dyes and markers for experiments.

SMLM: Alpha tubulin was labelled with Alexa 555 and beta tubulin with Alexa 488. The two channels were acquired simultaneously. The epitopes are either occupied by a green fluorophore or by a red one – shown by the mutual exclusion between the green and the red dye molecules.
