Get Started with Atlas 2D

This course provides information about the large field of view image acquisition with the Atlas 5 software using scanning electron microscopes (SEM). In detail, the user will be able to align and image samples, create and apply various imaging protocols, correct, and export the acquired data. The focus is on the acquisition, optimization, and analysis of image data, to fulfill certain objectives. The user will be able to interpret and evaluate the images and to derive necessary optimization steps.
Learn how to image large area using the mosaic concept. Optimize imaging conditions to acquire ideal images for stitching mosaics.
