Spectral Imaging – Advanced Strategies of Multicolor Imaging

This course provides detailed knowledge about spectral imaging using the LSM 9 family with ZEN (blue edition) in respect to different configurations and hardware settings. Learn workflows of typical applications, e.g. how to separate overlapping dyes and auto fluorescence or detect multiple dyes simultaneously and gently using the spectral detector in online fingerprinting mode.
