NEW!

ZEISS Axioscan 7 for Spatial Biology

From Complexity to Clarity: Workflow Automation for Spatial Biology at Scale

Experience the future of automated spatial biology workflows! In partnership with Ultivue by Vizgen, ZEISS new Axioscan 7 for Spatial Biology integrates InSituPlex® mIF assays, reducing hands-on time, improving ease of use, and ensuring highly reproducible and consistent image acquisition overcoming the limitations of traditional mIF imaging.

NEW!

LSM Lightfield 4D

Instant Volumetric High-Speed Imaging of Living Organisms

Lightfield 4D is instant volumetric imaging at high speed. Acquire comprehensive 3D information with a single snap and say goodbye to any time delay within an imaged volume. For the first time, capture the fastest movements within whole organisms at up to 80 volumes per second – with all spatiotemporal information intact. Crawling larvae, beating hearts, flowing blood, and firing neurons can be studied in 3D at unprecedented speed to unravel the secrets of life.

  • From Complexity to Clarity: Workflow Automation for Spatial Biology at Scale

Presented by: Sherry Derakhshani, PhD, Product Marketing Manager - Spatial Biology, ZEISS Microscopy

Microscopy imaging has long been complementary to other omics, but these approaches are now converging. On the one hand, omics moved from in vitro methods that average across large cell populations to in situ molecular characterization tools with single-cell sensitivity. On the other hand, microscopy imaging has moved from a morphological description of tissues and cells to quantitative and fully automatic molecular profiling with single-molecule resolution. Recent technological developments underpinned by AI-powered computational methods have started to blur the lines between imaging and omics and have made their direct correlation and seamless integration an exciting possibility. This will allow us to create comprehensive molecular profiles of living systems with spatial and temporal context and subcellular resolution. Technological developments in AI-powered microscopy have the potential to shape our science spanning from mechanistic discovery of fundamental biological processes up to functional and behavioral analysis on living organisms and eventually in humans. In this talk we will discuss the recent advances in AI for a quantitative and reliable characterization of biological processes at scale using Imaging.
