Workshop
ZEISS LSM 980 at the Light Microscopy Core
Join the local ZEISS Team for a presentation and on-site demos with the ZEISS LSM 980 + Airyscan 2 at Duke University! This flagship confocal system, which includes fully-integrated spectral modes, now features best-in-class detection capabilities extending into the near-infrared range (up to 900 nm).
Easy and quantitative jumps to superresolution—whether with live or fixed specimens—are possible with the novel Airyscan 2 detector and its high-speed Airyscan Multiplex readout modes. Utilize Airyscan Joint Deconvolution processing toolkit to further push resolution down to 90 nm (in XY, 270 nm in Z) with minimal sample prep considerations.
All hardware is centralized within the ZEN Blue software suite, with new options for AI-based sample detection and integrated widefield for seamlessly identifying ROIs. Optimize your live cell imaging by maintaining focus with Definite Focus 3 and use newly released auto immersion to ensure optimal imaging conditions.
To register for the presentation and/or sign up for a demonstration, fill out the form below, and join us with the Light Microscopy Core Facility (LMCF) at Duke. A special thank you to the LCMF and Director Lisa Cameron for hosting us for this exciting opportunity. We look forward to your participation!
