ZEISS at MRS Fall 2017

November 28-30, 2017 - Boston, MA, USA, Booth #310-311

Join us and learn how ZEISS can support your materials research. Our microscopy solutions complete with light, electron, ion and X-ray imaging technologies equip you to address multi-scale microstructure characterization problems in materials science and beyond.

Be sure to attend the symposium on Ion Beam Technology, hosted by ZEISS and RAITH America, to gain insights on the latest developments. We will also have instruments available in our booth for demonstrations.

ZEISS Ion Microscopy

High Productivity, High Precision

ZEISS Crossbeam FIB-SEM speeds up your nanotomography and nanofabrication runs by combining low kV SEM performance with FIB currents up to 100 nA.

ZEISS ORION NanoFab machines sub-10 nm structures with imaging resolution of 0.5 nm.

ZEISS Xradia 3D XRM

Unlock Crystallographic Data

ZEISS X-ray microscopy (XRM) provides non-destructive 3D tomographic insight to quantify how microstructures evolve in their native (in situ) environments. Use synchrotron-like imaging to image at the best contrast and highest resolution. Unlock crystallographic and diffraction information from poly-crystalline samples using the LabDCT module and visualize its grain structure and orientation.
