ZEISS Xradia Ultra Webinar

March 26, 2015 - 10 AM PDT

ZEISS will host a webinar on Nanoscale 3D Imaging with ZEISS Xradia Ultra X-ray Microscope. The webinar will be presented by Benjamin Hornberger, Ph.D. and will discuss synchrotron quality and the high resolution 3D imaging capabilities of Xradia Ultra. Click here for a bio on Dr. Hornberger and his publications.

Xradia Ultra leverages technology from synchrotron X-ray microscopy and has several key features integral to a wide range of research applications in materials and life sciences. Key benefits include:

  • Transmission X-ray microscope architecture with unique X-ray optics capable of <50 nm spatial resolution
  • The only 3D nanoscale X-ray microscope with a laboratory X-ray source
  • Absorption and Zernike phase contrast modes to optimize visualization of features in a wide range of materials
  • 4D and in situ capabilities to image the same specimen multiple times under varying conditions, including compression, tension and indentation

Webinar participants will receive an e-copy of "The Complete Guide to Advanced Nanoscale 3D X-ray Microscopy". Space is limited. Fill out the form on the right to register.
