ZEN Blue User Group Meeting

Become proficient using ZEN Blue. This workshop will focus on hands-on labs led by ZEISS imaging experts. We will explore topics from routine 2D imaging to demanding, automated 6D experiments, as well as practical considerations in microscopy.

  • Building multidimensional experiments, including multi-channel, z-stack, and time lapse.
  • Performing high resolution imaging of large areas with stitching.
  • Automating multi-well plate acquisitions and learning focus maintenance strategies.
  • Creating and executing image analysis routines to quantify your data within ZEN.
  • Setting up multi-block experiments where parameters change over time.
  • Automating multiple acquisition and processing steps through Macro editing.
  • Taking advantage of Efficient Navigation by learning to configure and optimize ZEN’s layout.
