See the Newest Multiplex Imaging Workflows in Action
A key method for cancer immunoprofiling on tissue samples is multiplex labeling of cancer cell phenotypes on a single tissue slide. UltiMapperTM kits, provided by Ulitvue, currently support the identification of up to 30 immune and cancer cell phenotypes directly associated with immune invasion, exhaustion, activation and evasion. UltiMapperTM kits are provided with an optimized protocol for fully automated use, enabling “single day sample to data” high-throughput experimentation using the ZEISS Axio Scan Z.1 slide scanner system.
Ultivue and ZEISS are showcasing the latest developments in a multiplex workflow that allows researchers to go from staining to analysis in a single work day with the steps below.
Join this free workshop and learn from industry experts and current users of the Ultimapper ™ workflow how to generate multiplexed protein marker data easily and simply in your lab.
Dr. Downing oversees Ultivue’s Services lab and FAS team. Prior to Ultivue, he established and ran PerkinElmer’s CRO laboratory offering a menu of TSA-based staining services. He was a post-doc and junior faculty member at Harvard Medical School with appointments at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children’s Hospital.
