In 1889, physicist and entrepreneur Ernst Abbe, created the Carl Zeiss Foundation. To this day the objectives that Abbe stipulated are upheld, including upholding the Foundation's responsibility toward society through the commitment of its member companies to non-profit activities in their surrounding regions and the promotion of science. As part of the member companies under the Foundation, Carl Zeiss Vision U.S. is devoted to bettering the industry and being a true partner to practices like yours. Note: In our corporate marketing collateral we use the tagline “Seeing Beyond” with the ZEISS logo. HOWEVER, partner branding guidelines stipulate the use the ZEISS logo with no tagline.
