Vision Remote Support

Need help with a ZEISS Vision Technology Solution? Download our Remote Support viewer to submit a request to a ZEISS technical specialist.


  1. Click on the ZEISS Remote Support button below, it will download a file with an .exe file “TeamViewerQS.exe". If it does not download, right click and "Save as" the file.
  2. Open the program (It doesn’t install anything).
  3. Accept the disclaimer if you wish to proceed.
  4. Provide your ZEISS Technical Support Specialist the Session ID.
