A Day in … Moscow

Once she's up, the first thing Marina Roudneva does is make breakfast. While she's eating, she checks the morning's news.

During her commute, Marina goes head-to-head with Moscow's rush hour traffic. She uses this time to make the first calls of the day to customers as well as to learn German and French.

For Marina, being close to the customer is a top priority. When it's a question of evaluating test results or findings, her expertise is indispensable. Here at the Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Complex (MNTK), Marina helps doctors analyze the data from the ZEISS CIRRUS OCT 5000.

Marina has multiple on-site appointments. These are also a great opportunity to discuss customers' needs, identify potential problems and work on solutions together.

In the afternoon, Marina heads to the Moscow office, where she analyzes the outcomes of her meetings with customers and prepares the next round of appointments – and finds out the latest news from her colleagues.

Marina always takes part in meetings. Her understanding of customers' wishes and needs are a big help.

[18:30] Grocery shopping

On her way home, Marina stops to buy some fresh produce at the supermarket. Afterwards, she often meets up with friends. Cultural activities like going to the theater are one of her favorite pastimes.
