When you need expert, on-site support, call on the ZEISS Field Services Organization. Our team averages over a decade of experience with the full spectrum of ZEISS medical devices. In addition, all of our ZEISS-certified Field Service Engineers are fully insured, A+ certified and blood-borne pathogen certified.

This group of skilled professionals undergoes regular factory training and recertification, ensuring that they are ready to provide the highest levels of technical and application expertise. Each of our Field Service Engineers is outfitted with a complete set of equipment and diagnostic tools, along with an extensive inventory of factory-certified replacement parts.
