Section 122 and Section 301 tariffs: These tariffs rest on different legal authority than IEEPA tariffs, are not covered by the Supreme Court's IEEPA ruling, and are not eligible for refund through this process.

Refund amounts: If refunds become available, the amount returned will reflect the IEEPA tariff portion of your order — not your total duties or landed cost.
