Usage Restriction
1) The intended use of the software is strictly limited to controlling the system components supplied by the manufacturer, visualizing scientific and related data and content, and creating and playing back digital media (in particular audio, video, and image content).
Use is strictly limited to purposes of general information, teaching, and entertainment. Any use beyond or deviating from this is explicitly excluded, is neither in accordance with the contract nor intended by the software, and is therefore impermissible.
2) The software may only be operated on the system approved by the manufacturer. The system may only be operated with the software provided by the manufacturer and only within the system environment approved by the manufacturer. The installation, integration, or use of additional software is not permitted. Changes to the installed software, the system configuration, as well as to hardware and software interfaces are prohibited, except for the purpose of error correction.If an error correction is carried out independently by the user, the manufacturer assumes no liability whatsoever; in particular, the manufacturer is not liable for malfunctions, damage, or consequential damage resulting therefrom.
