President, ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions USA Hendrie Viktor Hendrie Viktor is President of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions USA with 25+ years of experience driving growth in the industrial and manufacturing technology sectors. With a focus on customers and operational excellence, he leads strategic initiatives that deliver precision metrology solutions across aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical, and other critical industries. Known for building high‑performance teams and customer‑centric go‑to‑market strategies, Hendrie combines deep technical insight with expertise in commercial strategy, customer experience, and organizational transformation.
Chief Operating Officer, Ursa Major Justin Siebert Justin Siebert is the Chief Operating Officer at Ursa Major. As an experienced operations executive, Justin Siebert served in multiple roles for Fortune 100 and private equity-backed organizations across the aerospace, defense, and space sectors, including large launch space propulsion. He was previously the COO of ArmorWorks LLC, and prior to that held leadership roles at Firefly Aerospace, BAE Systems, Magellan Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace.
Managing Director, Supply Chain & Network Operations, Deloitte Consulting LLP Alex Bredemus Alex is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Enterprise Performance practice with 20+ years of experience helping organizations improve manufacturing, innovation, and supply chain performance. He leads the organization's Medtech Smart Manufacturing practice and works with operations and supply chain teams across MedTech, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, automotive, and consumer products sectors to transform their supply chain and operations. Alex advises on smart manufacturing, manufacturing execution systems transformation, simulation and physical AI, supply chain and manufacturing transformation and M&A, and network optimization.
