    Technical support for AxioVision is no longer available due to the age of the platform and the end of its support lifecycle (AxioVision 4.8 ended in 2018; 4.9 ended in 2022). Users are encouraged to transition to ZEISS’s current software solutions—ZEN Blue for life sciences applications and ZEN Core for materials applications—which offer modern features, ongoing updates, and continued support.   • Resources on legacy FireWire-based Axiocam cameras

    Legacy FireWire-based Axiocam cameras (HR, MR, HS, and IC series) and the ERc5s are not compatible with Windows 11 or current ZEN software.
